- Item Condition: We are not liable for any damage to your item or if it is not returned in full.
- Finder Behavior: We cannot control the honesty or demands of the finder.
- Not Insurance: This service is not a substitute for property insurance.
3. Payments & PRO Features
- Instant Access: PRO features are unlocked immediately upon payment.
- No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final. Failure to recover a lost item is not grounds for a refund.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Privacy & Data
- Anonymity: Finders cannot see your name, email, or phone number unless you explicitly share them in the chat.
- No Data Selling: We use your data solely to operate the service and generate QR codes. We do not sell data to third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if the service is used for illegal activities or if you engage in abusive behavior towards others.
